This class explores Floorwork, starting with a step-by-step explanation of a fun balance based floor trick (with plenty of different variations), and then building a sequence around it that we then perform to music with an extra prompt for a fuller experience. You will need kneepads and some floor space, no pole required. Heels are welcome but you can also use socks, trainers or your favourite fluffy slippers =) Class is 1h 45min long.
