Waves (Int/Adv) - Floorwork Class Recording

This class is taught in English and Spanish.

In this class you will learn all about fancy waves on the floor, incorporating undulations into all sorts of floorwork positions and connecting them through hypnotic transitions.

This class is perfect for you if you are already confident performing bodywaves and legwaves and you are looking for a challenge! You should also have some floorwork experience. Variations are offered to make certain moves easier if you need to. You can expect to play with waves in different floor positions, learn interesting new pathways and have plenty of play!
