Floorwork Tricks Series 3 - Front and Back Roll + variations

Front and back rolls are a simple way to travel across the floor,  they are a foundational step towards much more complex movements, and they are beautiful in themselves because of all the possibilities they offer for variations. This tutorial includes my BEST secret tips for nailing this move, with plenty of advice for troubleshooting so that you can make your rolls effortless and beautiful!
