Legtwirls (Int/Adv) - Floorwork Class Recording

This class is taught in ENGLISH AND SPANISH!

In this class you will learn movements on the floor that incorporate legtwirls and explore transitions between them. This class includes prompted playtime / exploration time for you to dance with what you have learned and make it yours, as well as detailed step-by-step explanations of all the movements we will be learning. No pole required!

You should already feel comfortable moving on the floor, and open to performing moves such as shoulder balances, plus have some experience with legtwirls. If you’ve never done a legtwirl before check out my beginner session.
