Waves (Beginners) - Floorwork Class Recording

This class is taught in English and Spanish.

In this online class you will learn all about waves on the floor! 

Learn the technique to be able to understand and execute spinal waves (bodywaves) and legwaves and connect these movements in beautiful fun new ways!

This workshop is ideal if you are new with waves or trying to perfect your bodywaves and legwaves (they are hard!!). This is a very technical class, and you will leave with a better understanding of what's going on in your body during these hypnotic movements.
