Legtwirls (Beginners) - Floorwork Class Recording

This class is taught in ENGLISH AND SPANISH!

In this class you will learn all about legtwirls on the floor. Learn how to move your legs in hypnotic ways, understand hip rotation, body placement and explore beautiful pathways across the floor! This workshop is ideal if you have little or no experience in floorwork or if you don’t yet understand how to do this witchcraft with your legs.

 This class includes prompted playtime / exploration time for you to dance with what you have learned and make it yours, as well as detailed step-by-step explanations of all the movements we will be learning. No pole required! Heels or socks welcome =)
