Low Flow (Int/Adv) - x4 March/April Class Recordings (Sessions 17-20)

A pack of 4 online class recordings of int/adv Low Flow. Class is taught in English & Spanish!

In each 90min class you will learn a whole Low Flow sequence of beautiful movements using the lower third of the (static) pole in each class. Become part of the Low Flow Squad!

This level is ideal for someone who already has a few years of pole experience and is comfortable with sequences that may include static spins, handstands, inverted positions, standing transitions and basework. Variations are always offered to make moves easier or harder so that everyone is comfortable and challenged =)

This pack of recordings is part 5, part 1 (February recordings) has sessions 1-4, part 2 (March recordings) has sessions 5-8, part 3 (June recordings) has sessions 9-12 and part 4 (September recordings) has sessions 13-16! Feel free to take them in any order, you don't need to have done the other packs, but some things might make more sense if you gradually work your way through all the classes =)
