The choreo is suitable for int/adv students. There won't be elements that require a lot of strength, and no upside down or aerial moves, but there is a lot of body control and precision required, and the pace of the class will be more on the fast-paced side. All of this yummy precision work will be combined with heels flow technique. Step by step explanations as always so don't be scared and join the challenge =)
