HEELS FLOW (all levels)

In this class we will work on a Heels Flow sequence (not choreo) which will incorporate delicious full body movement, nerdy technique, yummy heelwork and plenty of opportunities and variations to add your own personal style.

You will be encouraged to play with the sequence at you own pace, adding your own details and stylisations, and we will explore dancing it with different types of music.

Class is open level, variations will be given for more or less difficulty. Class is in English.
