In each class you will learn a whole Low Flow sequence of beautiful movements using the lower third of the (static) pole in each class. Become part of the Low Flow Squad!

This level is ideal for someone who already has a few years of pole experience and is comfortable with sequences that may include static spins, handstands, inverted positions, standing transitions and basework. Variations are always offered to make moves easier or harder so that everyone is comfortable and challenged =)

Each class is about 90min.

This pack of recordings is part 8, you can find all previous sessions in my shop as well. Feel free to take them in any order, you don't need to have done the other packs, but some things might make more sense if you gradually work your way through all the classes =)
