Halloween: The Ritual (a witchy freestyle class)

Join this witchy-inspired freestyle class and dive deep into what it feels like to truly move like you. You will be creating your own magick Ritual experience and exploring within it through dance and freestyle.

Because this is a freestyle class, you are completely free to tailor your dance space to be whatever you're in the mood for. You can use your pole for this class if you have one, but you can also dance without the pole using just your floor, or even get creative with a chair, a sofa, a wall...

We will play with fun movement prompts that will get our creative juices flowing, and share this space of judgement-free exploration together.

From preparing our space, to setting our intentions and making the movement magic come alive, we will indulge in this yummy witchy gathering together. You will be able to tailor the experience to make it as witchy as you feel comfortable.

All levels welcome! I will guide you with love and permission to do whatever feels right for you. The class will include instructions on what simple materials you can bring with you (if you want) in order to enhance your experience.
