Hello lovelies!

I wanted to let you know that the 2 Exotic Legtwirls class recordings are now available for purchase from my tutorials shop! You can find a beginner class and an intermediate/advanced class, both a little over 90 minutes long.

In both levels we had a section devoted to understanding technique with exploration time, and a section where we took this technique and applied it to create a sequence combining lots of pretty twirly moves. These were not choreo classes with any specific song or speed, so you can really enjoy the movements with your own rhythm and style!

Beginners is ideal for you if you have little to no floorwork experience or if you’re not yet very comfortable with your legtwirls. We explore hip rotation, different leg positions and movements and flowey transitions on the floor.

Int/Adv is for you if you are already comfortable on the floor, using different points of contact for balance and support, and if you already have an understanding of the mechanics of legtwirls. This one is more twisty and fancy, so make sure you are comfortable with these things because you will be incorporating legtwirls into different floorwork positions and I will assume that you already know the basics and won’t be going over them in detail.
